: health and human services secretary kathleen sebelius taking full responsibility of the rollout of obamacare. joining us from capitol hill with more on the secretary's testimony. we are hearing word like she's frustrated, wants to rebuild confidence. what are you seeing and hearing? >> she is the one i should be held responsible for all of this. saying hhs secretary kathleen sebelius is expected back before this committee in december to talk about how many people have actually enrolled in obamacare. right now the administration is not saying because they don't have the numbers. >> i'm not asking about what they enrolled in or whether they came in and said they were 65 and work voted as something like 27 years old. that should be something of a reliable number. sebelius: the system isn't functioning we are not getting that reliable data. >> on top of this, another issue democrats and republicans were responding to today was whether or not the president's promise was true when a health care law was passed that you could keep your insurance plan if you wanted to. kathleen sebelius,

to testify. health and human services kathleen sebelius is set to testify monday. some republicans now calling on her to resign. >> penn state university has reached a multi-million dollar settlement with 17 boys, now men who say they were sexually abused by jerry sandusky. that was announced more than a year after he was sent to prison on 45 counts of child sex abuse. he's the former penn state assistant football coach. we have more. >> a university once famous for its football team now synonymous with scandal will pay $60 million to 26 young men sexually abused by its former assistant football coach. jerry sandusky is serving time in connection with 10 abuse cases. in a statement, the university president said: >> this isn't the end of the ordeal. six more alleged victims are negotiating with the school. sandusky is appealing his conviction. former head coach joe paterno died months after the scandal broke. his winning legacy tarnished among allegations he failed to report an eyewitness account of the abuse. three former school administrators await trial on charges they covered up wr

barely budging, but it's at $17 a share. we've got kathleen sebelius. she said this week that obamacare enrollment numbers were not available yet. however, internal notes from the obama administration meeting revealed these numbers. look at this. a total of 6 people signed up on the first day of obamacare. that would be six. the second day, 248. still in obamacare, is this. the top hospitals in the country opting out of obamacare. they don't accept it. what's going on with that, liz? >> what's going on is that essentially the insurers have to have a certain set of insurance plans that are likely pricier and so, they have to get costs somewhere reduced so they're squeezing hospitals and they're squeezing doctors, a lot of doctors and hospitals are saying, you know what? we may not accept these insurers in our own system and you're seeing this happen in california and big states like ohio. stuart: the report i read says 11 of the top 18 hospitals in the country are shunning obamacare, they don't want anything to do with it. it occurs to me that that would set up a dual system, a two-tier
